Alpha Technical Solutions was formed in 2006 with the aim of providing an effective, professional and friendly service that enabled people to work more effectively with Information Technology. It seemed natural to us to provide a training service.
Both the companies founders have a great deal of experience in teaching and assisting people to use computer systems. Both unanimously agreed on one important fact – the best way to use technology is to understand how to achieve your goals with it. No amount of money spent on an expensive computer system will help you; if you fundamentally do not understand how to get what you need to out of it.
Once training started it snowballed in success. We now are an examination centre for Microsoft Office software, offer a full range of certified technical qualifications and also PTLLS and TSP for those of our clients who wish to become trainers themselves.
In addition we work closely with community education bodies and also provide a full range of non certified or bespoke courses.
